2. User Responsibilities
When shipping with us, the client (sender) is responsible for:
- Providing accurate descriptions of the cargo.
- Ensuring all goods comply with UAE laws and international shipping regulations.
- Declaring any hazardous or restricted materials before shipment.
- Providing correct contact and delivery information.
3. Shipping and Delivery
While we strive for the fastest delivery times (“Al Sarea” meaning fast), delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, or airline/shipping line schedules are beyond our direct control.
4. Payments and Fees
- All service fees must be paid according to the agreed quotation.
- Any additional government duties, taxes, or customs fines incurred during the process are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
Al Rukn Al Sarea Logistics LLC shall not be held liable for:
- Loss or damage caused by improper packaging by the sender.
- Indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profit) due to delivery delays.
- Goods seized or delayed by government customs authorities.
- Acts of God (force majeure) including natural disasters or global disruptions.
6. Insurance
We highly recommend that clients obtain comprehensive cargo insurance. While we handle all goods with extreme care, our liability is limited to standard industry terms unless additional insurance is purchased.
7. Restricted Items
We do not handle illegal goods, prohibited substances, or items restricted by the UAE government. Any attempt to ship such items will result in immediate termination of service and reporting to the relevant authorities.
